At first, yoga was just a way to slow down a racing mind—over time, it has become a lifelong journey of self-discovery.

Kelly builds sequences that encourage her students to explore asana with a sense of curiosity and play…while sweating.  In fact, it was once overheard that taking her class was the equivalent of “sitting on a boat, in the sunshine, eating a sprinkled donut with your best friend”.

She is forever grateful to her teachers; Pat Harada Linfoot, David Good, Scott Davis and Yumee Chung for their continued guidance, inspiration and support.

To me, yoga is the most profound way to connect with ourselves and the world around us – we must look from the inside out with kindness, patience and curiosity. The head forgets but the heart remembers.

All bodies are good bodies.
