"The head forgets but the heart remembers. Yoga is the most profound way to connect with ourselves and the world around us – we must look from the inside out with kindness, patience and curiosity."
At first yoga was a way to slow a racing mind, but over time, it has become a dedicated journey of self-discovery. With soft eyes and an open heart, Kelly builds sequences that encourage students to explore asana with a sense of curiosity and play.
She enjoys teaching equal parts movement and stillness with a strong focus on nervous system regulation through integrated breath work and meditation.
The fastest way find stillness is through movement.
Kelly holds over 500 teacher training hours with additional certifications in restorative yoga, functional mobility, yoga nidra and prenatal/postnatal. She teaches bodies of all ages.
Her sequences take influences from all of her learnings, mixing Hatha, Ashtanga and Kotonah yoga. She is forever grateful to her teachers for instilling their passion into her practice.
“A regular practice will leave you humble and resilient.”
